Mold Testing & Inspection

To determine if there is a mold problem we will need inspect the areas of concern for possible contamination. Moisture readings will be taken to help find possible sources of water that is feeding any microbial growth. Thermal Imaging is also used to help find the source of any water intrusion. After the Inspection process, air and swab samples are taken and sent to an independent lab for analysis.

Mold Remediation and Removal

Great care is taken  to not contaminate the rest of the indoor environment. Plastic walls are created with a negative air pressure that will contain any mold spores released during the removal process. Contaminated material is removed or cleaned and building materials are treated with an EPA certified antimicrobial coating to inhibit any future mold problems.
