Responsibilities
- Remove/replace hot water heaters, faucets, valves.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

- Pay based on possessing certifications.

- Communicate with clients regarding day-to-day process

Deep cleaning of rental units for the purpose of a new resident moving in.

YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

EXPECTATIONS:
- All associates are expected to utilize our scheduling/time keeping system correctly, daily.
- Cleaners are expected to work Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Each unit must be handed over to the property in a condition that is “ready for move in”.
- Associate must follow the “cleaning checklist” to ensure that all areas have been thoroughly cleaned.

Associate Pay:
- All cleaning associates will make a rate of $13 per hour, plus 25% of invoice.
